Thank you for shopping with Aayan Baby. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags attached.
- The item is in its original packaging, including any labels, boxes, or pouches it came with.
- The item is not from the Non-Returnable Items list below.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or order confirmation email) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Innerwear, socks, and bibs
- Feeding and nursing accessories
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/sale promotions
- Products without original tags or packaging
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, as per your preference, once the issue is verified.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at aayanbaby.com or contact us via 7357553823 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions, including the pickup or drop-off address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the invoice.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Aayan Baby will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong selection by the customer, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card, as applicable). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI; you will need to share your bank details.
- Shipping charges (if any were paid at checkout) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
7. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability and the eligibility criteria in Section 1. If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeline:
- Check your bank account or payment app again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
